About this place
Ttukseom Hangang Park stretches along the northern bank of the Han River between Jamsil Bridge and Yeongdong Bridge in Gwangjin-gu. A riverside square, rose garden, and nature learning center line the waterfront, while summer brings water-skiing and windsurfing and winter delivers a snow sledding hill and ice-skating rink. The J-Bug (Jabeolle) building — a 243-meter caterpillar-shaped cultural complex a one-minute walk from Jayang Station on Subway Line 7 — houses exhibitions on the history of the Han River alongside cafes and rest facilities. With the city skyline framed across the water, visitors cycle along the riverside path or picnic on the lawns.
